HRVATSKI LESKOVAC / 2026.

The Hrvatski Leskovac project presents a conceptual master plan and 3D visualization of a future business and industrial zone located in close proximity to the city of Zagreb. The development is planned on a 50-hectare land parcel, for which the investor requested a comprehensive spatial and infrastructural vision of a modern economic zone.

The concept design envisions the business zone as a well-structured and highly functional complex, composed of business and industrial halls of various sizes and purposes, supported by all necessary accompanying infrastructure. Special attention was given to the organization of parking areas, internal traffic circulation, and logistical zones, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and long-term operational sustainability.

An integral part of the project is the visualization of landscaped and horticultural elements throughout the entire zone. Green buffers, landscaped corridors, and vegetation areas are strategically incorporated to soften the industrial character of the development, improve the working environment, and contribute to a contemporary and sustainable visual identity of the business zone.

One of the investor’s key requirements was a clear and detailed presentation of all access roads and traffic connections, allowing future investors to gain an immediate understanding of the strategic importance of the location. The 3D visualizations highlight the direct connection to the city of Zagreb, as well as the relationship between the zone and the major road and highway infrastructure surrounding the site.

As part of the concept proposal, a new bridge crossing the highway was designed and visualized. This bridge represents a crucial infrastructural element, directly linking Hrvatski Leskovac with Zagreb, and significantly enhancing accessibility, traffic flow, and the overall development potential of the business zone.

The Hrvatski Leskovac project is conceived as a strategic economic development zone, combining strong transport connectivity, functional spatial planning, and a contemporary industrial vision. Through detailed 3D visualizations, the project clearly communicates its scale, infrastructure, and long-term investment potential, providing a solid foundation for future development and investor engagement.
