MONVIDAL is a 3D visualization project presenting a modern residential building located in the wider urban area of Pula, in a district defined by its excellent accessibility and everyday convenience. The location is surrounded by shopping centers, business zones, and essential services, making it an ideal setting for contemporary city living.
A key focus of the project was the visualization of the building’s exterior within an urban environment, ensuring that the architecture integrates naturally into its surroundings while maintaining a clear and modern identity. Through carefully crafted exterior scenes, the 3D visuals communicate the building’s scale, materials, and relationship with the surrounding city fabric.
Equally important was the visualization of the interior spaces, with a strong emphasis on views and overall atmosphere. Thoughtful lighting design, material selection, and spatial composition were used to create a warm and inviting interior ambiance, allowing potential buyers to easily envision everyday life within the space.
The MONVIDAL project combines urban functionality, contemporary architecture, and emotionally engaging interior design, delivering a clear and appealing presentation of a residential building tailored to the needs of modern urban living.
