Šijana Gate Residence is a modern residential development consisting of six interconnected residential buildings, designed as a single, cohesive architectural and functional unit. The project forms a self-contained residential complex, clearly defined in space and identity, offering residents privacy, organization, and a strong sense of place.

Located in the Šijana district, directly at the main entrance to the city of Pula, the project benefits from an exceptionally strategic position. The complex is surrounded by business and retail centers, providing immediate access to everyday amenities, services, and urban infrastructure, while maintaining the comfort and structure of a dedicated residential environment.

The architectural concept emphasizes continuity and unity — the six buildings are connected in a linear sequence, creating a recognizable and harmonious residential ensemble.
