The SISPLAC project features a 3D visualization of four residential buildings located in the Sisplac district of Pula, one of the city’s most desirable residential areas. Commissioned by Lotus Constructa, the primary goal of this project was to clearly and convincingly present the quality, location, and potential of the future residential units.
The project’s location is one of its key strengths — just a five-minute walk from the sea and some of Pula’s most beautiful beaches, while remaining in close proximity to the urban core and all amenities essential for everyday living. This unique combination of natural surroundings and city infrastructure makes Sisplac one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in Pula.
Through carefully designed 3D visualizations, the focus was placed on:
- a clear presentation of four individual residential units,
- seamless integration of the architecture into the existing neighborhood,
- the creation of a new, high-quality micro-environment,
- and the overall lifestyle potential offered by this exceptional location.
An added value of the project is its immediate proximity to the Lungo Mare promenade, Pula’s most iconic seaside walkway, which further defines the character of the area and makes it an ideal setting for everyday living, recreation, and outdoor activities.
