VELI MAJ is a 3D visualization project of a modern mixed-use residential and commercial building located on the tourist-oriented outskirts of the city of Poreč. The building is carefully designed and oriented toward the sea, which lies in close proximity, allowing the architecture to fully capitalize on its attractive coastal setting.
The development features an outdoor swimming pool set within a landscaped park and surrounded by hospitality amenities, creating a vibrant environment dedicated to leisure, social interaction, and tourism. The visualizations emphasize the seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, highlighting a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere characteristic of the Poreč area.
For the investor, it was essential to communicate both the strong connection between the building and the nearby city of Poreč and the multifunctional nature of the development. A distinctive element of the project is the inclusion of a karting track on the lowest level, positioning the building as a dynamic destination that extends beyond a conventional residential and commercial concept.
To further illustrate the project’s full potential to future investors, a restaurant interior design was also developed as part of the visualization. This element showcases the spatial possibilities, ambiance, and commercial value of the hospitality component within the building.
Through photorealistic 3D visualizations, VELI MAJ presents a compelling blend of architecture, tourism, and entertainment, delivering a clear and engaging representation of a versatile development designed to meet the demands of a modern tourist destination.
