SRDOČI is a modern 3D visualization project presenting two mixed-use residential and commercial buildings located in the Srdoči district of Rijeka, set in a highly attractive position between the city center of Rijeka and the town of Opatija. This location offers an ideal balance between urban accessibility and a calm residential environment, with easy access to the sea and the Opatija Riviera.

The project was commissioned by Lotus Constructa from Pula. The visualizations showcase contemporary architecture designed to form a central mini park, conceived as a pleasant green gathering space for residents and visitors. The park is surrounded by cafés and commercial units, creating a functional and vibrant neighborhood micro-environment where everyday amenities are close at hand.

Thanks to the site’s position, the central area as well as selected upper floors offer views towards the sea, further enhancing the quality and appeal of the location. The proximity to Opatija—renowned for its architecture, seaside promenades, and Mediterranean lifestyle—adds additional value to the project, offering residents a wide range of amenities without the need to travel into Rijeka’s city center.

Through photorealistic 3D visualizations, the SRDOČI project clearly communicates the spatial organization, architectural qualities, and overall atmosphere of the future development, highlighting the harmony between the tranquility of a peripheral neighborhood, urban accessibility, and coastal living.
