AQUARIUS is a contemporary and carefully designed 3D visualization project showcasing a future mixed-use residential and commercial complex in Medulin, one of the most desirable locations on the Istrian coast. The project includes eight modern buildings, presented through photorealistic 3D animations and an elegant video walkthrough that faithfully captures the appearance and atmosphere of the future living environment.
The visualization was created for Lotus Constructa, whose goal was not only to provide a clear and attractive representation of the development, but also to highlight what makes Medulin stand out among the fastest-growing destinations in the region. Through carefully composed scenes, the presentation emphasizes the proximity to the sea, the Mediterranean ambiance, local promenades, and the natural beauty of the surroundings - allowing potential buyers to already experience the feeling of living in this new, modern neighborhood.
AQUARIUS does more than present architecture; it conveys the emotion of the space.
