MARINA SKY is an exclusive 3D visualization project showcasing a collection of luxury apartments situated in one of the most prestigious locations in Pula – a serene green zone positioned just above Marina Veruda. The development consists of five elegantly designed buildings, each thoughtfully oriented to provide exceptional sea views, abundant natural light, and a refined sense of privacy.
The visualization was created for Lotus Constructa, with the aim of presenting the true quality of the project and emphasizing the unique value of its elevated coastal setting. As part of the presentation, we produced a promotional 3D video that authentically captures the panoramic views from the apartments, allowing potential buyers to experience the ambience of this exclusive residential enclave in advance.
To further highlight the premium character of the project, we developed a custom interior design concept, reflecting contemporary aesthetics and conveying an atmosphere of elegance, comfort, and Mediterranean sophistication. In addition to the interior, special attention was given to the implementation of horticulture in the exterior design. Carefully curated green areas, Mediterranean vegetation, and ambient lighting create a harmonious outdoor environment that seamlessly connects the architecture with the surrounding landscape.
MARINA SKY is more than an architectural project – it is a visual narrative of luxury coastal living, set within a peaceful green oasis and positioned just above one of the largest marinas in Istria. Combining advanced 3D technology, emotive spatial presentation, and the clear vision of the client, the project delivers a compelling representation of the exclusivity and value of this exceptional location.
