La Mula is a contemporary 3D visualization project showcasing a modern mixed-use residential and commercial building located in the very heart of Poreč — one of the most vibrant and attractive cities on the Istrian coast. The project was created for Lotus Constructa, with the goal of presenting not only the architectural qualities of the future development, but also the unique atmosphere offered by its central urban location.
The visualizations place strong emphasis on the nighttime ambiance of Poreč, capturing the warm, lively energy of a city that comes to life even after sunset. Through dynamic building illumination, realistic street lighting, and material reflections, the 3D presentation faithfully conveys the distinctive nighttime vibe of Poreč’s historic center.
A key component of the project is the design of a commercial space within the building, envisioned as a future restaurant. The visualization also includes a carefully crafted park area in front of the restaurant, featuring thoughtfully selected greenery and ambient lighting. The aim was to illustrate how the space can function as an elegant urban oasis — a place where gastronomy, social life, and the Mediterranean spirit come together.
La Mula combines architecture, atmosphere, and cutting-edge 3D technology into a visual narrative that brings to life the experience of living and working in the heart of Poreč, highlighting the full potential of this exclusive and highly attractive location.
